We operate a ‘By Appointment’ diary.

However please give us a call and we will book you in as soon as we can.

Our prices may be subject to change without prior notice and are inclusive of VAT.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY

There is free parking directly outside the salon. 

U-NEAK has wheelchair accessibility.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are an ideal present and made either to a specific treatment or to a value of money.

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION

Please let us know if you need to cancel or cannot make your appointment, someone else will happily fill your place. As we are an appointment only salon and work on a tight schedule to keep you all on track, please show us the same courtesy. For cancellations please allow at least 24 hours’ notice. Call us as soon as you know you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment on 01325 746511. If you miss an appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice you will be required to pay a 50% fee of the total service charge.

Further missed appointment will result in 100% payment of the scheduled service.

YOUR HEALTH

So we can carry out treatments safely and to your requirement, we need to know a little bit about you.

When you arrive for your first treatment at U-NEAK you will be asked to complete a client consultation form. This will highlight any medical complications that may affect your treatment.

This is a requirement by law and for your safety.

If you have any allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.

 

 

PATCH TESTING

Some treatments require a patch test at least 24hrs prior to your visit. We will let you know more when you book your appointment.

CONSENT FOR MINORS (UNDER 16)

It is required by law to acquire signed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on a minor. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their treatment.

VISITING THE SALON WITH YOUR CHILDREN
We pride ourselves on making your health & well-being a priority and offer this consideration to your little ones too. Children are welcome, please make sure they are always supervised. Often younger children are overly sensitive to strong-smelling chemicals such as acrylic and find it overwhelming. We kindly advise that children under 12 months old do not attend your appointment with you. Young children should be in a pushchair (or similar). Carrycots stood on the salon floor are not advised as dust particles and vapours gather at this level. We do not allow children to sit on your lap during treatments, it's uncomfortable for everyone.
